Adjustments

• Finish time is be properly formatted.
• After finishing a run, the game will wait for any key press before returning to the start. 
• Changed some sounds around. 
• Changed some descriptions.

Bugfixes

• Fixed descriptions appearing too low beneath their item.
• Noises around the player will no longer be heard when the camera leaves after finishing a run. 
• Silver will show correctly after finishing a run. 
• Fixed some graphicall inconsistencies with ability windows. 
• Those spiky hollow chunks will no longer briefly spawn on the floor of last level.
